Sharing my journey: defined by resilience, introspection, and growth through trauma
I am a single (divorced many moons ago! ), wheelchair-using vegan lady with a passion for kindness. I feel it is a very underrated skill that needs practising far more often than it is. I have been through an awful lot in my life and experienced many life situations. I have also had more than my fair share of trauma. I had been blogging with WordPress for the last 12 years (up until a couple of weeks ago), but with one thing and another, I decided to pack my bags and venture over to GoDaddy instead. I'm very glad to be here and always happy to make new friends x 🤗

In my life, I have travelled many paths, some of which were like storms I could never imagine would ever be part of my truth. I have faced loss and hope in the grim face of heartache and multiple traumas. I am working hard to overcome these and to rebuild my life again.
